I don't think you will need visa to LEAVE Canada :D You only need VISA to ENTER Canada. So this visa is for you to do landing once, and since then you can use PR card to enter Canada. Have a nice trip :) :)

Usually it would take 30 days for your to get it. You can send an email to them with your tracking number.
