no response from cic vegreville

Hi all

My wife is sponsoring me inland but cic has gone pass our date of processing for about four days now and there is no response from cic. Anytime we call the call centre there response is your application is been processed now and everything looks really good. But my question is, if everything looks really good what is causing the hold up in them responding to us. Can somebody who has been through similar experience help shed some light on what may be holding them up to response about the initial sponsorship application. pls help as Im very worried

What does it mean "pass our date of processing for about four days"? Did CIC gave you a certain exact date as the deadline for your processing?

@ betina I'm using the date posted on the CIC website and duration they've posted which is currently at 10 months for inland application.

If you look in the Inland thread you will see other people who are past the CIC website deadline as well as those who have been approved ahead of that date. Four days is not a lot to worry about really.
