i email related this to university but they give me link as u provide me mimimumexpensive.pdf file..and cannot explain anything...
its better u email and tell them i got admission and how much fees i should pay..and ask them tell me expensive per semester and year..i am from pakistan i have no idea about applying from India!

i am talking about online application fill up form where u enter ur complete details and pay application fee 100$ and submit form...in this application there is session prerequeste...!

That won't be a problem...
At least not from my experience, I was in the same sitaution as you, and had emailed them to inquire whether it would be okay and they said it wouldn't be a problem.
