No new visas for Sept 2013? Whats happening?

Hi Anil I am also waiting for...... I dont know what happening. Can you tell me where and when did you apply for visa?
I applied in VFS Hyderabad on 08th AUGfirozmahmood said:

general category as my visa got refused first time under SPP
I paid 1 year fee and GIC and did not provide IT returns of my parents first time that may be the reason for reject
but they gave reason as course makes no sense and will not leave canada after study
so I made SOP and filed all documents this time including IT returns
still under processing so worried :'( waiting for approval mail from CHC by checking mail every now and then.
I wake up every day with a hope that I will get mail today and at night I console myself think definitely tomorrow
almost every one even went to canada till now and feel like only I am left behind :-[
IDK wat they are doing, they have approved some jan intake files even, then wat abt us classes are also started.

Hi i got passport and a pice of Document request after 65 days i applied.I sent it next day.And after 18 days i got an email from CIC london, it saysandysingh said:its been more then a week i havent seen any body getting a visa in this forum? does this mean sept intake is done?
