Please tell
1 Is your marriage registered.
2. How long you have been married.
3. Do you have names of each other in passport.
4. Any explanation why not a single photo.
5. Did you people got married before filing of application for Canadian immigration or afterwords.
6. Your visa office.

1. Yes , we registered our marriage and sent those docs to VO, Singapore.
2. At 2005
3. Yes My wife has my name in "Husbands name box"
4. We have photos, but not marriage photos, as that was very sudden and without any preparation.
5. I sent application at Jan 2010
6. Singapore.

pls give me some tips, sugegstions..

They suspect new marriages, which had been done just before the application made or in between the application process. Yours one is of 2005, they would not ask for photographs.

thanks... for assurance..

What could be happened if one get married during the application process?

:D DO YOU HAVE ANY FAMILY PHOTO.......

THAT IS ENOUGH.....................FOR V/O
:-*

To all.

my case was, we are in a relationship (boyfriend/girlfriend) since 2004, we got married last october 2009 and applied for Visa and submitted our application (1st step) on Nov. 2009. Do you think they will suspect us of fraud marriage? we have pictures of our marriage. my current status was, we are done with medical exam already, waiting for next step (PPR hopefuly)

If the VO suspect he will call for interview, then you would have chance to explain.

Hi, you do not need to send wedding photos because marriage contract or other documentary proof legally acceptable in your country of origin should suffice.

Now, it would be a different story if the VO asks to see photos and this could only mean that the VO is casting some doubt on the legitimacy of your marital status.

Unless required by the VO, do not send anything other than those requirements required at time of submission of application. Do not submit anything that has not been asked.
