No GCMS till date Applied on December 03/2012

HI I applied for the GCMS notes on Dec 03/2012, but i haven't still received any reply.

I have applied as it states in the below URL:

What are my options?

My Email Include:

1. Fully completed and signed copy of IMM 5563 request form.
2. Copy of Fee Payment Receipt
3. A Valid Post Graduate Work Permit
