No dependent family member Then what should i write in Family information

Hi,

while filling OpNP Nominee form ,
There is question : Do you have dependent family members accompanying you to Canada?

The answer is No

Now, do i need to write N/A in Family information boxes or i can keep them blank (as i already have given the answer "No" )

one more thing sir,

I have taken IELTS for english only and i have not taken any exam for french

So IN the form, for levels of english, do i need to write IELTS score or the CLB levels (corresponding to that score )

since i have not taken any french test, for french test boxes , i need to write "N/A" or keep them blank ?
