No AOR from London Visa Office after sending Full documents.

Dear All,
I had sent my full docs to CHC London on 2nd Dec 2009 and my ecas is changed to Recd by Visa Office on 26th JAN 2010. Still i have not got a AOR nor file number. Is there anyone with a similar situation like me.
