When did u apply

Hey folks,

I`m waiting for my PR application to be processed by CIC.

Here is my timeline:

1. Gathered all document in October 2014
2. Nominee office received my documents in early November, 2014 ( from UK as a Hungarian citizen )
3. Received my nomination in March 2015
4. Landed in St. John`s in May 2015
5. Received my work permit for 2 years ( my spuse received an open work permit for also 2 years )
6. Received back all my documents from the nominee office with the nomination document in June, 2015
7. Sent all the documents to CIC in July I believe
8. They deducted the processing fee from my account 20th of October 2015 and received my application number as well.

Now I`m waiting for the next step.

How long do you think it will take from now?

Does everyone need medicals?

What is the eligibility to apply.

By reading it from the site I got confused.

If some one has express entry profile(means has minimum points), will he/she eligible?
Having Job offer is mandatory?

applied on First week of October , received AOR on second week of October - waiting to hear from them

does naybody knows how long the process take in NL

Sent appl on 28 July. Reached St.J on 10 Aug. AOR 14 Aug. Whole thing including the bank draft returned on 18 Aug. asking for LMIA. Without LMIA nothing will work.

So my would be employer has to apply for LMIA (takes a long time).

That's weird because in the Application Guide there is nothing said about LMIA.
So now I'm confused...
