@ Debarge, wow...that was pretty fast. Pls for clarification purposes, did you submit your requested additional documents the same day u did your medicals? If not, pls wen did you submit. My immigration officer is AB as well.

Just to inform the house that I got my PPR yesterday 10/11/2014.I earnestly hope that all those still waiting for MR will get it by this month. I will advise them to send email to AVO on the status of their application, form experience ,there is definitely no harm in doing so.

Wow that's fast. With news like this, one would wish to have AB as our immigration officer. No hope lost though. let's see how fast It will take RK.

You just have to be patient. Try checking your ECAs to see if it's been received yet. It's nearly a week. So try n have a little more patience ok

Its the address you give when authorizing DHL for pickup that will determine where your passport will be sent to and not necessarily what AVO writes.
In my case,I used my house address throughout the application process but used office address for passport return because I knew there might be no one at home when they deliver.The passports were delivered to my office.

I am sharing from my experience and the challenge some other people faced and the excuse DHL official gave. I am not talking of what address they send it to but that they don't write the complete address you state, they re write it in the most convenient form as it makes sense to them and in the process the address is distorted.

The DHL pple have no excuse.no matter how AVO writes the address,it's the address that you give to them that is important.Dont accept any such excuses from them.
Going forward,pls house,whenever anyone goes to pay for passport pickup,please write it expressly that your package should be sent to the address you gave them,irrespective of what AVO writes

Please, do you mean to say that you mailed the additional requested documents 2 days after? I did my medicals last week Wednesday and I mailed the additional requested documents 2 days ago through courier. Please, is that in order?

It's ok as long as it's within the specified period stated. Mine is on it's way as we speak. This is almost a week after. Although it's no fault of mine but my agents, cos I sent it out next working day.
