Its not as bad as it seems, I can count the number of MI3 folks on our sister's forum awaiting PPRs and FIY, PPR is the last stage of the FSWP process. We'll not miss it this year.

A little more patience is what we need. As the minister has instructed, I believe that 2013 FSW applicants will all have their PRV this year. Some VOs may be faster than the other, however all VOs will clear their backlog this year. With a FIFO style of operation, we can only pray and hope that our senior's are fully cleared to give room for our own application.

Of course, I know not all MI3 applicants are on the forum but overall its a true reflection of how the processing has gone so far. Most of the silent observers run to the forum when they're worried about their application status, it happened times without number.

From your comments, it means we should be looking at 2015. If 2011 seniors are getting visa in 2014, then it is well.

I encountered the same problem. A friend outside the country paid on my behalf.

I'm sure not a pessimistic person. I want to believe that we can start receiving updates from next month self and all praise will be to God. Let's keep waiting and believing.

I have a friend with OND & HND in Engineering. Do you think it can used adjudged by the evaluation guys to be equal to a Canadian degree? Just wondering if he can apply for FSWP 2014.

@ emfor. dont think so, but let him/her try. My evaluation i did in 2010, utoronto told me hnd wz equivalent to 3yrs certificate, but am not sure wat they will evaluate as per fswp 2014. They are particular abt university degrees.

The instruction on the checklist stated that photocopies of the reference letter is required inmyour submission/application package.
The reason is because the original copy may still be requested from you.Remember also that most of the documents that are accompanying your application package may not be returned back to u.
Try and do a colored photocopy to include with your package and keep the original.
Only IELTS result and ECA report are expected to be original copies........also PCC if you are sending it.

The best way to ascertain this is to do a free evaluation of the HND degree at www.wes.org to see the Canadian equivalence.I'm pretty sure it will be the equivalent of Canadian degree but I'm not too sure.
Please log into the site to confirm the equivailence for you to be sure.
