Good Morning house, please i need to where this stand, my application was received on the 27th of Dec and my card was debited 3weeks later but i did not receive a PER mail and neither NER, i wrote to cic 2wice and after 20 working days i got a mail with my file number saying they are reviewing my file.

Well i went on to eCAS with my file number and i found out it is in process with my full info stated... Does that mean my file as being transferred to my VO or still at cic?

Hello, I personally feel u should worry Not. I wonder why PER was not sent to you in the first case but all the same u got it and it's a fact that ur being processed. They have no reason not to forward ur file to AVO it should be there waiting for further Processing.

I sent my application package to CIC on the 24th of DEC., 2013 and it was received on the 2nd of january, 2014. I got my PER mail on 18-02-2014. the problem i have now is that i have checked the spread sheet but i couldn't find my name there, what could be the problem or is it that my file has not been transfered to Ghana?. please help me out.

@valentine667, the spreadsheet is the handwork of some folks like us on the global forum and not CIC. Its main objective is for tracking and monitoring purposes- to give us insights as to how CIC is handling our applications. By the way, what is your NOC?

@tinnyfrontier, you need not worry as your file would've been transferred to Accra VO since you've been allotted a file no. Somehow I think you missed PER mail, check your spam&bulk mail.

Thanks house, my agent also said the same thing... Said either someone didnt do their job by sending the PER mail, but either way we should be thankful for they slipped in my file no. Which has given her the access to get my info on eCAS, she forwarded the file number to me so as to be sure which i confirmed too.

My NOC IS 2243.
