@ Debarge and The baft,
Thanks for your replies. Like you said there are 2 possible outcomes, so lets hope for the best.

@Floxzy,
Hmmmmm, I don't know where to start with you. The fact that I do not post unnecessarily does not make me a newbee. My first application was returned in 2011 due to cap reached. I started visiting this forum long before that time. I was on this forum when you were scared to death that your application would not make it because you missed out a form and had to send it again. Believe it or not I prayed for you to get in because at that time you were the only Nigerian on the forum that submitted before me (apart from Olusegun whose application was out because his card wouldn't charge). I got my PER 2days before yours.

On the NDVO and LVO forum, when this email thingy was suggested, there was no negativity. Why should we be content with settling for less when we can get better? If you want to wait 3 years.......as for me, that is not my portion.

Received PER on 03/12/2013. what next?

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application. Your reference (application) number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.
