We really should be concerned about our application because I knw of someone who got PER in January 2014, and now he has a DM (NDVO applicant). This was approximately 4months. Accra is really sleeping

Am of your view Debarge;
Am strongly critical of Accra VO as an institution because of its stagnant & primitive M.O., my own kinda patience isn't that of a saint or Job as I've not been inflicted with any pain, but Accra should be transparent & client oriented as these are needed to better reflect clients' satisfaction & service demands.
I've no doubt this cup will pass over us anyway.

The students of FSW 13 do not want to enroll in the univ of patience lol. All I would say is though its not easy waiting for the process but that's all we can do. You could also send the inquiry to AVO hoping it doesn't extend the updates any further. Probably the reason NDVO has given out MRs is cos they do not attend to more countries like AVO.

LVO cover more countries like AVO, they're issuing MRs & other requests even if its at a slow pace & they responds to inquiries. Accra VO can't be excused. By the way I attend SOONEST UNIVERSITY, you may wish to attend.

I still strongly believe they ll soon start with 2013 applicants. This month to be precise weda they like it or not. They should wake up jare. Soon NDVO and LVO will soon start issuing MRs and all to their 2014 applicants.

Thank you jare......I visit the site regularly just that there is nothing much going on for now, AVO will attend to all application before our set no matter the mails we send to them because they already made it clear that processing time is about 2yrs or more. So I suggest we be patient and do other things that will add value to our moving to canada

Anyone ever heard of the 'Serenity Prayer'? It goes like this:

@ pataki. The 2 yrs processing time is the average time it took AVO to process up to 80 percent of all d applications received not individually ooo. My agent told me and I read it all over again. Some VOs had 91 months or so.

GUYS THE 2 YRS STUFF IS OLD SCHOOL.ALL NEW APPLICATIONS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CONCLUDED WITHIN ONE YEAR. ACCRA MIGHT BE LOUSY BUT I KNOW THAT IT SHALL BE CONCLUDED WITHIN ONE YEAR.

IF U CAN WAIT PATIENTLY THEN IT IS BEST TO BOTHER THEM AND EVEN CONTACT THE MINISTER.

It s even stated clearly on their website. And remember so many applications were returned. Even the central processing unit in canada had 35 or so. Now it takes them less than 6 months.

It is not about being patient or impatient, neither is it about being informed or not informed, every info rhat anybody may claim to have is available on the net for others.The fact is CIC categorically stated that the applications would be completed within a year of (it was not stated after PER) and other VOs are clearly on track while it is apparent that our darling AVO is not in the bandwagon. Are you saying that we should not be concerned? Pls since your are 'informed' can you tell the exact date your app was recieved by Accra and how I can know my own date? (No offence intended oo)

@Debarge...Am with u...AVO cannot just decide to act on its own considering the expectations of prospective PRs because of what the minister said before this FSWP started...Seriously I think they are not been fare and we need to do something about it...how can they say they will not answer any CSE until the average processing time has elapsed? Do they have their own rules or they act on Ministerial Instructions? Are they a special VO? I have sent them a CSE trust me within the stipulated 2 Months if I do not get a response I will create a scene on Chris Alexander's Tweeter page about this VO...is just unacceptably rude and unlike a VO for such a reputable country.
