I had an addition to my family early this year so I filled and submitted those forms when I contacted AVO to let them know of the addition. I also sent an updated POF to reflect the new family size then. So I wasnt requested to submit either form again.

Already contacted AVO and I have been given 60 days to submit the following documentation...

Dear Sir/Madam,
For the new addition to your family, kindly provide the following:
* An Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008] for you.
* Updated the Schedule A: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE A] for you and your spouse respectively
* Updated Additional Family Information form [IMM 5406] for you and your spouse respectively.
* Payment of the Application for Permanent Residence Fee for your new dependent if he is accompanying.
* Copy of State issued birth certificate for your new dependant. Please note that hospital birth certificates will not be accepted
* 4 passport-sized photos for your new dependant, as per the photo specifications found in Appendix C of the visa office specific instructions.
* Copy of the biographical page from valid passport for your new dependant.
Please be advised to send the above documents within 60 days of the receipt of this e-mail.

Hehehe....this is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. I hereby announce the receipt of our MR to the glory of God.the email sneaked in few hours ago after so many clicks of the refresh button.I was given 30days as others but was also told to update POF along with payslips for both myself and my wife.I was told to update some forms and PCC. I am to send national population commision bith cert of my daughter. To everyone awaiting good news,the good LORD will answer us all....amen
The journey is getting closer day by day.

Not sure they requested your certificates..
If its POF...PCC....updated forms(5406&5669)...........You don't need to make photocopies of these......Drafts for RPRF.......Send the originals.
Are there any other things they requested from you about from the above listed?

If you read the letter posted by 'thebaft' you will see that they are clear when they ask for photocopy as the sentence starts with "copy of .....".
