hey guys look what I found on FSW2013 Applicant timeline (post from Aimer Le Canada)

I GOT BELOW EMAIL FROM VISA OFFICER, NEW DELHI.

I have serious concerns that the documents you have submitted are not genuine and that you have not worked as stated on your application.

Section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. Section 40(2)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act specifies that the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of two years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1).

Before a decision is made in your case, I am providing you with the opportunity to comment on the above concern or provide any observation or explanation in writing.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to respond to our concerns. At that time a decision may be made on your application based on the information on file.

Amen ooooo.I read this earlier from the New Delhi forum.What happened was that they visited his office and the people there gave responses that negated what he had stated in his forms and the one submitted by him.He later said it was an innocent mistake.I actually do not know the meaning of that.So,they sent him that email from the embassy that the submitted document is fake and that he should prove otherwise.

Probably they meet the wrong person who was unable to give detailed information about him.

Visiting! Na wa o. My current place of work is not organise, H R just dey anyhow the head office too. I did not use my head office address although it's a popular company sah I hope that the enquiry come straight to my office of assignment (if need be but I pray they don't enquire.

I pray so too.But i am not sure Accra perform physical checking.Not to the best of my knowledge.I am sure that some other persons can contribute to this and all other background checks so we can learn from it.God will see us through.

hello mates,

I doubt if AVO does physical confirmation, its common in India for unknown reasons. AVO claimed to be using agencies, so how this confirmatn and verification are done ......i dont know.

Worse case, they put a phone call thru to the numbers stated on the letter head or send an e-mails.

But, we shd nt be worried about that, if we have provided genuine docs.

its a common practice in india like i said.

So long as one's documentation is genuine, there are no grounds for fear. Really, it is unusual for physical verification to happen here unless AVO has grounds to seriously doubt authenticity of information provided
