Nigerian Applicants for MPNP 2014 timelines....abeg!

Hello everyone in this house, I am so glad I discovered this group and happy to be here.

I have made a commitment to read these 177 pages from the beginning to the end but before I do, please I need to know whether my hustle will be in vain or not because I do not have any friend or relations in Manitoba, yet that is the region I really really want to relocate to. I also do not intend to go to school. I have done general IELTS in February and got upto CLB 9. I think I am qualified in all other requirements except that I do not have a friend or family in Manitoba.

My dear people, without a friend or family in Manitoba, is there any hope for me?

Your responses and suggestions will be highly appreciated please.

If you have a good score in IELTS and you are young and also have over 3 years of work experience, then you should just go for Express entry. You will need to get your credentials evaluated if you haven't done so already.

onayimi, Kenolat is right. you should apply for Express Entry at least once you ar out of the pool, its a fast process from then on.

It shouldn't be more than 6 days. I tried to link mine on the 20th of October last year by 26th when I checked it's been updated and i got a mail that same 26th that it has been linked successfully.

Onayimi, yes you can choose Manitoba for the region where you hope to land under EE, but for you to get the maximum benefit of choosing Manitoba, then you have to apply to the MPNP for a provincial nominee certificate. the certificate is now a valuable asset for EE applicants as it greatly increases the odds of being choosen from the pool and approved on time.

You'll see a place for not yet submitted application when you go down further you'll see a place for submitted application. Then you click on the messages in there.

Yes but it's been linked. Mine has been like that since i linked it October last year. Except for once in a while that a message Will come up when i click on submitted application that I should present any document asked for intime so as not to be counted overdue.
I pray we have updates soon cos i don tire o.
