Do you have any post secondary educaiton? You are over 21 so IRCC may not consider your brother’s funds. Does he have kids and a family to support? 1) i have a uni degree in computer science & EDUCATION with 2.8 cgpa
2) will i get admission to study normal computer science in canada uni if yes please which uni suggestions

3. Why do you need to take cybersecurity in Canada? You will not get a job in the field.
4. Masters but grades are low. Chances of study permit approval are low with all the changes.
