ok so let me take mind off express entry as im not eligible, i thought students get it easy with masters? I just need a student permit to get me into Canada, i learnt a visit visa can be given up to 5 years? With hope of extension
So you are coming to visit Canada, not study or work? A visit visa allows you to enter Canada and stay up to 6 months or as determined by CBSA upon entry (may give you weeks). The visa may be valid up to 5 years so come and go through the years. It doesn’t allow you to stay in Canada for 5 years. Student visa is not easy at all. You need admissions, show $21k plus tuition in cash, and justify costs with higher pay then you would make with your degree. So if program is $80k you need to justify it.
I plan to study but when you said it doesn’t worth it doing masters etc with the course and low gpa i then consider to opt in for visit visa! The fees of the cybersecurity is 19k$ i will get POF, I just want to know how sure my admission will be ,ones im done with the masters i will leave Canada. Are you in Canada btw
What school has fees of $19k. For a study permit you pay $19k then show another $21k for living expenses. I cannot tell you your chances you need to justify costs, show education and career progress. Why just visit Canada? To get TRV, you need to show funds, ties to return (job letter with approved leave, business, income properties) and travel history. Include itinerary of what you will do.

So you have a 4 year degree…get ECA for Canadian equivalency. Apply and get accepted to U of M. You need a supervisor support letter to get accepted. So show you can afford tuition plus minimum $21k.
