I checked the IMM8 form and the closest to it is the IMMOO8 form which is the generic application form for Canada. I guess they are the same

Hello my people,

Based on the new AVO policy of PPR applicants sending their Passport via VFS/DHL. I visited VFS Ikeja office this morning, to make an inquiry about the opportunity of VFS Nigeria collaborating with their VFS Accra office with a view to accepting applicants from Nigeria in sending across passports and other required informaton to AVO.

The feedback was - We are still making efforts and awaiting the appropriate approvals from our VFS Accra office on how to support Nigeria applicants with PPR from AVO. Please be rest assured in the next couple of weeks, this will be sorted out. There have been a lot of enquiries made by Nigerians about this. Please, at the moment, VFS Nigeria does not accept any request (passport transmission) on behalf of our VFS Accra office - discussions are still ongoing to get this addressed in the nearest future.

My people, this is the short story o. It is well.

What a great job you've done. The feedback had said it all. Thanks

Thanks. A free world - no selection has been made by anyone. Just to keep an open mind between VFS and DHL.
Just giving an update on the emerging events re AVO's new policy. :D

I was having the opinion that either vfs had a tremendous advantage over DHL or DHL in itself was quite bad. Yes, it's a free world and there are just two options.

There are just two choices. So, Which one you choose should inevitably depend on prior experience with either of the two.

Presently, DHL is better and more reliable than any other courier services and even the best for passport transmission between you and any embassy in the world!

My two cents!

Dear All,

Is the inclusion of the IMM008 (Generic Application Form For Canada) conditional upon a change to your family information during the collection of Visa?

I am asking this based on the post of Switchlanes above.

Kind Regards!

gina.

You can fill this form if there is an addition of a new family member like a baby/about a sibling that you wanted to add/you need to make a change to a name/whatever addition you want to make in the family way...if you don't have any, then you shouldn't bother.
