Good day house,

please i am a newbie, i have the intention of immigrating to canada as a skilled worker.
here are some of my details. i work with C & I PLC in Lekki as a Quality Assurance Officer, i work for 45 hours /week and i do extra hours as required. what are my chances, the financial implications and the necessary steps i need to take take in filing out my applications. i dont even know where to start from and i would mind this house to put me through from the very beginning.

thanks and best regards.

After your intension the next step is going thru www.cic.gc.ca website then you can ask specific questions where you need clarification.

Thanks guys we are settling well and taking each day in it's strides!! No rush at all I have come to stay not on vacation so I resolved not to put myself on high tension!!! Canada is interesting I must confess, the kids are loving it and they say learning is fun!!! For hubby and I as earlier stated we are taking it easy cause what can easily frustrate you in this land is lack of job and once you tell yourself you will remain calm until this job comes then chances of getting frustrated would be reduced. Am not saying we should not be optimistic but I caution against being over optimistic I know the job would come cause I have got the hard and soft skills necessary it's just a matter of time but in the meantime I would enjoy the wait period and maximise it cause as Jibaba said in his post when the job comes there would be little time for recreation.

@ Ikemba it's like you read my mind I just sent an offline Skype message to Gabil mentioning you and him as guilty party only to come and read your post lol anyways you still have time to remedy the situation! And congrats on the floodgate of MR it shall not seize until everyone waitingon this great forum have been attended to

@ Beeyo
Thanks dear we are settling in gradually. MY details are with Jovick so you can always reach me, how is madam doing? Warm regards to them all.

Cheers all
