My people i hail una o. I read from one of the posts that some of the applications submitted before 2008 have been cancelled . How can one know if his/her application is part of the selected ones? I've heard from some sources that some of those picked were 2005, 2006 and 2007 applicants. I would appreciate if someone could bail me out. Thank you.

One easiest way to know if any application is rejected is by notification from the VO if the application was submitted through them and the refund of the application fee.

Not necessarily so. You need to devour the info there. Use the wizard on the Quebec site and see how you can tune your case to fit.
