I got my 1st AOR today through mail. I had applied in June 2010 to CIO.

Congrats to everyone who received their aor recently. Please remember that the 2nd stage is more crucial than the first. please your duties should be well spelt out, on letter headed and signed by your immediate boss or personnel officer. Please dont copy the exact duties on CIC websites try and rewrite them in your own words. Remember to include a complimentary card of the person signing your reference letter and please write a very good cover letter .

Arrange your document very well and label them accordingly and where necessary attach a list of all the appendices. Try and arrange them category by category as stated in the check list and attach a copy of the checklist. If you are stuck please ask question and any member would be glad to assist.

How has it been? Please I will like to know has anyone who submitted in June and got his/her 2nd AOR heard from CIO Ghana after then?
After my 2nd AOR in September, I have not heard from them and my Ecase had been IN PROCESS since August.
Please share and for our sniors who had gone/pass thru this can u share the time for waiting for Medical.
Secondly dose medical come with PPRA

Just checked ecas and the status has changed to ''received by visa ofice''. This is progress and the wait continues

I think the best thing is to keep ones mind of these process and concentrate on my work.
