Both.

I think if you have established correspondence with them electronically, then be right sure you'll get it by e-mail. Most prejuners are by emails and ofcourse subsequent MI's.

However, I think they send hard-copy to representative if you have one (Just my thinking though) with email. So figure out where you may belong. I wish is email o bcos is very very fast.
