I got my PR under Skilled Worker. I applied as a Single Applicant. When I got to Canada they asked whether I am married and my civil status, I told them that i'm not married but I have a fiance but I'm not married. Then they asked why I didn't include her in the application and I told them bcos we weren't married and somehow they didn't seal the PR on my passport and couple of days later asked me to fly back to Sri Lanka and solve the issue with the embassy. I went there today she told me that you have to give details of a even a girlfriend if you have one and they will cancel my PR since it was missleading them.

Pls Help me. How can I appeal this decision? Is there something I can do?

Pa mufu he said the girl is a fiance not a girlfriend in developed countries women are highly protected if you live with a woman for three months the woman automaticaly becomes a wife or common law patner

I think a mere girlfriend is different from a fiance if the girl is a fiance who he intendes marrying he should hv declared her
