@ Seglad, So one can not pay in US$ even though it was on their website? I doubt. Secondly can someone go for medical using the soft copy request? What if there is a delay in Postal services? And recently the ecas has been juggling postal addressess, do we need to write Accra stating the address as it should be?

According to their website, yes, you can! but they may return it if not (after exchange) equal to the exact amount in $CAN. This usually happens due to dollar currency fluctuation. I have also being told by one of our forum members, that they have stopped receiving bank draft in US$ that is more than a certain amount (precisely $25), if more than that, then you need to buy either in Cedis or $CAN. Accra wont inform anyone about this until you fall as victim until you are informed. Ig may shed more light to this. She experienced such scenario and some others

Pa Right, very thought provoking article there about our parenting values. Its a wake up call for us all, we are probably not yet in that economic class to give kids such opulent lifestyle. There are some middle class family that i have seend where househelps do just about everything and the kids dont lift a finger to do anything,even to clear the table after a meal........What kind of young men and women will such kids grow up to be?.....
