Guys I'm new on ds forum,I want to apply for FSW 2014. i need urgent answers to ds questions,hw long does take to receive ECA report,is notarizing documents compulsory?which of the document I'm I to notarize.thank you

ECA report depends on how much you are able to push your alma mater to release all docs required by the assessing body.

Again, let's always go through websites because most answers are there. For instance WES which I used is very clear and except the delay comes from your institution, they're always right on track.

When I sent my application, I didn't notarize any doc. Canada PR application is straight forward unlike Australia/New Zealand.
