My advice, it's better you renew your Passport if the 6months validity for issuing visas is too close!

You can't request for a Canada PR visa reissuance !!!

My passport will expire by mid next year and all things being equal and by the special grace of God,accra might issue our visas this year.I learnt that you cannot renew until it is remaining 6 months to expire.I will like have my landed date expiration later than the passport expiration but will likely not want to move around that period.Can it be renewed before visa issuance even if it is more than 6 months?

I dont think you need to. When Accra request for your passport, just make sure you attach your old passport with the current one. That way they can make reference to the old one if they need to.

I want to advice those of us that were asked for another POF at MR stage to know that if they move in large sum of money into the account, they might be asked to explain how they get the money with the originals of the supporting documents .I was asked to do it.

A mon avis - Based on my little knowledge, i think you can keep re-applying for PNP until you get nominated from any province, after which your application then goes to CIC for further processing on your behalf. That you've submitted an application to Manitoba does not rule out your being qualified to submit to New Scotland (Nova scotia). Ceteris paribus.

You can marry and update the visa office anytime that is convenient before you have your visa on hand.... actually, the earlier the better. it wont slow down your application if it is before your medicals.

they will need an updated financial statement and the attending fees. they wont need your spouse's educational documents or WES except you want to get some points from her.

Yes, he doesn't have to update them but he shouldn't have to attach them together when sending for PRV or it would be returned back to him - People should adhere strictly to the above as it was from an experience!
