My brother has been divorced and his ex wife lives in Canada with my niece who are both Canadian Immigrant. My family is not really in great talking terms with my brother's ex wife.
Should i mention in my application that I have relative in Canada? If i do mention I cannot ask my my brother's ex-wife for the document to prove it after a messy divorce.
If i dont mention about my niece, I still make the pass mark of 67 with out that 5 additional points. Will it be considered as hiding information if I dont mention about my niece?
