REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to the Vice President and General Manager - Canada, and Service Delivery Manager
POSITION SCOPE:
Futurestep Canada invites innovative and dynamic recruiters to join our expanding team of talented Recruitment Professionals.
We are seeking Recruiters with Technical/Engineering experience in Recruitment and Sourcing who will contribute to Futurestep's growth and profitability goals by delivering the best in class recruitment solutions to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting activity;
• Obtains all information that clearly defines the search parameters (key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure and compensation);
• Lead and develops comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via heavy cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, client referrals, local advertising, networking and professional communities;
• Form a progressive recruitment strategy
• Effectively evaluates each candidate's qualifications using company and client interview standards;
• Generates and writes job description, reports and other correspondence;
• Manages and negotiates both the selection and offer process (compensation, benefits, relocation);
• Manages recruitment timeline from search kick-off through to closure;
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and guarantee customer satisfaction;
• Provides timely progress updates on prospecting and interview activity to client, delivers interview feedback to candidate;
• Work collaboratively with other consultants and members of the Futurestep team;
• Has the ability to manage multiple search assignments in a timely and quality manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical/Engineering experience and demonstrated success as a Recruiter;
• Willing and able to adapt to new recruiting processes and effectively deal with change;
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively, via telephone, writing, one on one or in a small group;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to "juggle" responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast paced service environment;
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully;
• A "can do" attitude with a flexible and proactive approach.
