Sorry I just wanted to ask so you think I should ask after my husbands visa has been stamped or how ever you say it into his passport following with the date he must enter Canada or do you think I should notify them and explain the situation as to why I'd like us all to travel together because I'm not sure that they can give an extension on when he would need to enter Canada after they already give him a date (from what I've heard) because I don't want my newborns temporary passport to not be completed by the time he needs to enter. We would all like to go together so I just am curious how I should go about that? And what could I say to make it urgent we all go together and get the process moving along faster. 1 reason for sure is her is our source of income so if he was to leave to Canada I don't know what I'd do espeically since he might not be able to find a job right away to support us here in Bosnia.
IRCC normally doesn't give extensions but you can certainly ask.

If you do not get a response in time, your husband will need to travel to Canada to land and become a PR before his COPR expires. He can fly to Canada to complete landing procedures and then return back immediately if he wants to.

I am unclear - i though the child hasn't been born yet? Has the husband received his copr yet?

If both are still not yet, it's too early to say. Get prepared IE what will need to be submitted now and decide the rest later. When these things are known.
