We have a new addition in the family and we have to wait a few months to receive the brith certificate.
What should we attach in our application?
Also, while reviewing the application I realized my spouse name was spelled incorrectly and my work experience dates were off a few days. How should I fix this information when I send the file to the VO in Buffalo?

The baby is only a week old and I have to send my application this weekend.
In Chicago it takes 3 months to receive the birth certificate.

If I was you. I would email my visa office letting them know about the new born and while you wait for replay. Get yr baby birth certificate and 4 passport picture and fees ready( I think $150). One more thing if your are a quebec select make sure you write a letter to them stating yr reference number so he can receive a QSC as well for Quebec applicant. If all this is done you just wait for your new born QSC and Midical exam paper work so he can go check up. Then u set I hope this help.
