We have a new addition in the family and we have to wait a few months to receive the brith certificate.
What should we attach in our application?
Also, while reviewing the application I realized my spouse name was spelled incorrectly and my work experience dates were off a few days. How should I fix this information when I send the file to the VO in Buffalo?

Firstly u need to arrange the birth certificates
Next make a passport
next remove a DD for cad 150
4 photographs
Make change in ur forms especially additional family info.
also proof of funds need to be increased with the new addition.

The baby is only a week old and I have to send my application this weekend.
In Chicago it takes 3 months to receive the birth certificate.

Can anyone please help me here. I am planning to send the file in a day or two and the baby is only 2 weeks old. We do not have a birth certificate or any document as of yet.
Please guide if any one has gone through similar situation.
Thanks

If I was you. I would email my visa office letting them know about the new born and while you wait for replay. Get yr baby birth certificate and 4 passport picture and fees ready( I think $150). One more thing if your are a quebec select make sure you write a letter to them stating yr reference number so he can receive a QSC as well for Quebec applicant. If all this is done you just wait for your new born QSC and Midical exam paper work so he can go check up. Then u set I hope this help.
