If I was you. I would email my visa office letting them know about the new born and while you wait for replay. Get yr baby birth certificate and 4 passport picture and fees ready( I think $150). One more thing if your are a quebec select make sure you write a letter to them stating yr reference...

How about if Your new born don't have the QSC but the main Applicant wife and daught already have one. Anyway, My question Can a Family of 4 land to Quebec as only 3 of them have the QSC but all 4 have receive the Visa Stamp.? Anybody can help on this question pleazzzzzzzzzz!!
