Just wanted your opinion fam...our meds and police check have now expired. Do you think we should go ahead and do a new one to avoid delays. Has anyone ever done that before?

Ebonyshine. my opinion is to wait. I don't think you need new police check but you will need medical. hold off cuz it seems some people have been requested to go to a specific doctor.....you don't wanna waste money if they want a specific doc. be patient. they gonna call....they gotta call....u need it!!!!

LMF - congrats! sounds like you gonna have a nice long weekend, anniversary and birthday

Thanks togirl...i do need to hear that. On the phone right now with hubby and he says the same thing. I don't know what I'm thinking. I guess im getting anxious now. I need to relax and wait! (deep breath)

My husband is now on his way to Kingston as I type...He didnt want to courier it, he wants to deliver it himself...I am hoping there will be a fast turnaround for the passport.

He only received the letter yesterday from Kingston...and kingston sent the mail on April 20, therefore, it takes long in snail mail nearly 3 weeks thank GOD he was given 60 days to get all of the information ready for the embassy.

Congrats again to all who I may have missed....

Until til tomorrow when we hear more good news....



Does anyone know when a good time to drop off the documents and information? please let me know.

Hello Forum Family.. just finished reading all the good news! What an amazing week we have had!!!! WOW! Kingstons banging theses bad boys off!! They are on a roll, and I agree, any action is some action, which mean they are moving to reunite us!
I landed in Edmonton last night at 2am, no luggage...my damn peppershimp, and bread is in chicago... boooo hoooo!!! hopefully Ill get it today!
I had an amazing time, the last two days I find are the hardest for me.. Im a big cry baby... i cant even see a plane with out breaking out in sobs.. I thought when i got to the airport my chest was gonna explode.. this journey is not for the faint of heart... what we all go through to be togther no average person could manage it! For the most part my trip was so amazing, a few bumps in the road, but we walked through them, nuthing good comes from easy I guess.
Wishing my girls happy mothers day!
I so hope this is my last trip to jamaica...next flight I book is for him!!
