Ladyposh Ive been doing zumba.. and holy crap you sweat like nothing else!!! its crazyyy!! but the classes are soo packed that i dont perfer them because of all sweating people!! But they are so fun! The music is great!

I love love Pilates, it is such a great core and total body workout, I do yoga too mostly "flow" because i love the rythymic movement. To be honest though if Im gonna do a class, i alway choose pilates. There is another class I enjoy its called total body conditioning it is with weights, but all abbs, ass and arms focus which we all need really! The YMCA has many of these classes, I go to spa lady, where all the classes are included with your memebership, which is sweet!
The cleanse.. this is day 11.... 16 lbs gone.. nutts hey? the diet is super restrictive and not for one with out tonnssss of willpower, in total its 21 days! i have not ate and carb, or a fat or sugar at all! Candy-indy-jam Im sure he will love my one arm... and the flat tummy! hahah
