YOGA is awesome!!!! You stretch places you have never stretched before. I love it! wish I could fit it in my schedule more!
Very calming for the soul too! Especially if you are stressed.
As for nude yoga, mmmmm not sure... Let's just say.. Some positions require you to open legs, or be in strange positions.. Now if it's just you and hubby fine but I nah think I wan someone seeing my pink
while I in them kinda positions...
