hello everyone, Jahbee I took your advise and hubby had a JP stamp his letter he brought it and his passport to the embassy in KNG and they accepted the letter and took his passport and told him that they will call him to come and pickup his passport in about 4 weeks when they get his medical back from trinidad. Now what I want to know is why does the medical have to go to trinidad. when he took the exam, the doctor told him to call back in a week for his results. They told him that he is healthy and that they did not find anything in his blood so what are they going to do with his results in trinidad.
if anyone know the answer please let me know ???
Also just want an opinion. my hubby is paying rent where he lives now and we want to know if he should pay rent for August or live out august as the last month, he paid first and last and I think he should not pay for august because dem tell him 4 weeks and the end of august will be 6 weeks, I think he will get a call by then to come and pick up his passport which should have his visa in it for him to travel. If I am wrong please correct me. Should we pay or not.

Trinidad is deals with caricom medicals
as for the rent if he paid can he get some of it back if not just say its a loss for a better reason

Jesusgirl-I think he should be ok without paying august but on the other hand KGN is very unpredictable is there any way he can speak wit the landlord and see if they would let him wait till later in aug to pay rent if he needed too?

Thanks LWY, am I to get the understanding that once they call hubby to come and get his pasport that his visa will be there for him. is there anything else that he may have to do. i am just excited to see that this is almost over, i am feeling a bit nervous ;D

nope pp and he can leave the same day there will be an expiry on the visa its either 6 mths or expiry of medical whichever is earlier

Thanks LWY, I can't stop smiling. I am here thinking that TNT is going to retest his medical again, but all is in GOD's hands, just a few more weeks. I can do this, I waited 13 months already, a few weeks won't kill me.

I pray that GOD will shorten the days for all those who are still waiting and for those who just started this journey.
