i am feeling confused right now. My husband re-did his medical and police clearnace got the result on friday, so today he went to the embassy in kingston to drop off the documents. the reason why i am confused is that, he had his son as a non-accompanying family member, he had taken his medical last year (but of course they wait until it expires and tell them to take it over). now the little boy is living in the US with his mother. My husband wrote a letter and explained to them that the child did do his medical in the past but he is no longer living in Jamaica so he could not do it a second time. The woman at the embassy gave him back the medical form for his son and tell him that he has to send it to the mother to take over the boy medical for proof that he is his son. He said he tried to explain to the lady that he and the mother is not on speaking terms so there will be difficulty with his son redoing his medical. As you know these people are heartless, shi tell im say he needs to do it or else they cannot proceed with his file.
The reason for my confusion is that the child already took his medical so if they are looking for proof that he is the father shouldn't the result be in the 1st test already.
I need advise on what we can do, I know that this girl is one of dem spiteful babymother (even though she is married) she will try and do anything for him not to leave jamaica.

This is a tough spot to be in Jesusgirl, i wish it didn't come to this cause i know how some women can be but for right now i think your hubby should do whatever it take to get on her good side, if even to beg since they say its needed for them to go any further. You might wanna seek legal advice if she'd determined not to let the child do the medical.... pray on it!
Thanks proper for responding. u say pray, u no si mi name "Jesusgirl" so u don know, I just finish tear down principality and powers and bind up satan... I spoke to my husband and what they want is a better explanation as to why his son can't redo his medical, so i give them the full hundred and pray over the letter. My God told me that the process is complete, not half done, or soon done, his word was it is "complete" so why worry when you can pray. They told him to come back on Thursday with his passport and a better explanation.

Goodnight Family, wellcome to all the newbies. jesusgirl, i had similar problem at the beginning where they needed info on non-accompany family member, i just got a JP to sign a letter stating why the information was missing and mailed it to immigration. You should mail the letter, signed by a JP, if you dont know the address of child's mother you should mention that too also once they accept the letter you wont be able to sponsor the child in the future, you have to let them know you are aware of that.
jahbee can i send that letter from the jump as my bf child wont be coming ever n the mom gonna give us a fight so a jp letter is the best way to go u think i dont wanna pay for medical n then if we ave a redo a headache
