Smoothies- thanks girl I tell hubby everyday that everyone is rooting for us! Thanks again! What I'd like to know is what kind of supp you taking. I'm a lurker on blackhairmedia.com and people on there are always talking about supps they're taking. It gets overwhelming but something that would give me some energy would be great. Losing weight is half the battle. I'd love to get fit and lose this cellulite of my darn thighs. Zumba twice a week isn't cutting it!

Kedeisha...LOL...for real I don't smoke...and neither does my hubby. I am not a fan of it, although I do understand that for some people its not used as a drug in the Caribbean, but rather a source of spirituality in the case of rastas, or relaxation from hard times for other. But I truely hate seeing so many young guys walking around with it hanging out of their mouths, or smoking it on the corner. Its a waste of time and money...not to mention it seems to cause some young guys to act pretty stupid. If I could have a dollar for every time I read something in the gleaner or the Star about a horrible crime where the guy was under the influence of smoking while he committed it! There is a reason its considered a drug in Canada, its not something alot of people can handle and it can really alter a person...natural or not.

Aww Ebony..what does hubby thing of all the support you get? I imagine this distance is pretty hard on him to!

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.. there was more sun than i expected and it looks like this week is supposed to look a little dryer than we have been experiencing of late. So anxious to get into this KNG work week. I might have missed the answer in all the excitment last week, but Jahlove, did your status update say Medical Received? Kingston has been working hard these last few weeks getting at least 2 per week through so i'm certain we will have plenty to celebrate this week!! YAY MONDAY!!

Lilmaya it just stated in process and when they started processing. That's a part of the reason why I am not sure what to expect with kgn. But I can't wait to start the work week myself. I am praying that. medical receive will be the next update I see in the morning then a phone call to follow.

hello fam! I had a busy weekend, for a few years I wrked a partime job doing events in the city like concerts. I was asked to work this weekend at a outdoor country music festivalt, which i couldnt turn down, cause well Im broke.. Jamaica does it every time! i had a few crazy nights with drunk cowboys.. alot of fistfights, and more blood than anyone wants to see! MAN .. i sent hubby pics of all the guys arrested on the fences, and the police.. he laughed so hard..Not wrking for the last 9 months there, i forgot how CRAZY it was! I spent the day in bed, watching the telly! I feel like I was beat up!
Been thinking of our girl Posh! just knowing she is relishing in every second..
Its a new week people, things haven been moving great the last while.. Ebony, and lilmaya, you get on that phone girls! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
