Proper you live in Mobay? when you mentioned watching the plane take off, it resinated with me, my husband works at Docter Cave, and he always see's me fly in, and fly off.. Im sure he could relate to what you must feel too.
Sounds like the weather out east is miserable lilmaya.. watch movies, eat candy, and snuggle.. thats my thought! Not to toot my own horn.. uh we have SUNSHINE and 25 degree weather, for once you guys can be jealous of my alberta weather! ;D

Good morning Newbies....hope you are all doing fine. As you may or may not know but Ecas had a system update yesterday into this morning so you should all going in manually and check Ecas and dont wait on your Ecas Tracker email...I got my update of "decision made" and did not receive the email that I so dearly depend on. I read on other forums that alot of people got updates after this system update, so CHECK ECAS EVERYONE...Hopefully for those of you who have not heard anything lately will get some new updates!!!!

G'morning folks. What a dreary day. I never thought I would say this but I sure wish it was Monday. Like others have said, at least Mon-Fri we know KGN is working on the files. Hubby & I are really getting anxious. We see the timeline and should be excited that we coming to the front of the line but when I see Ebonyshine waiting so long it scares us. If Ladyposh and Jaruby got their decision made then according to Charlie's list the September folks are reaching the front of the line. Ebonyshine needs some news.....girl, I still think you should call the MP and not wait for CAIPS.

Ladyposh - I checked our eCas and no changes. I sure hope some activity is going on in the background and our call is coming soon. I like the way you heard so unexpectedly and they ask for everything. We submitted all originals and since custody is not an issue (son not accompanying) then I'm hopeful. Hubby would love a call before his b-day coming up soon. What a wonderful gift for him.

Ok KGN....we have faith and are exercising lots of patience. please grant us some reunification. Go forth and process!!!!

Togirl1011...hold tight your time is just around the corneer if they are really doing the dates in insequence...so your hubby needs to stay close to keep the phone close at hand. I mean KGN is so unpredicatable its hard to depict what they are doing.

Good Afternoon Fam,

Irving : Since moving from Alberta, I have to say that I have rubbed in the great weather out East to my friends and family NUFF... so i guess I deserve that. We aren't supposed to see the sun here until Wednesday We just came home from church and it's raining and cold and the wind is so bad it blew out my umbrella.. twice!! Unimpressive.

ladyposh : Well if there were any doubt in our minds that hubby would be getting his passport this week... now the DECISION MADE must wash those doubts away for good!! Hubby is coming home in less than 2 weeks!! For your sake, I hope it's a Monday morning kinda thing. I know with his flight quickly approaching.. you just need to know that everything is in place. I checked my ECAS right away this morning and there was no update. I am wondering though for all of you that are seeing ECAS updates as of late... is it on the sponsorhip side or on the B number side? Since we have not yet received an AOR, the only one i can check is the sponsorship side.

togirl2011 : I think Ebony has all our prayers. She needs to get through, not only for her...but for our piece of mind!

So my husband called as we were on our way to church this morning and he was watching our wedding video :'( He is really having a hard time these last few days which breaks my heart. I am praying so hard that this week gives him some hope. Just seeing action and seeing some of our fam getting through fills me with so much hope. I'd love to see some of these September applications start to chip away. I hope Monday starts off the way it did last week!!

Lilmaya.....I am able to see the updates on both my side and hubby's side but that is until recently when they request his pp on April 14th.

good morning all hope all that is waiting gets good news

My question today is for my fiance daughter what does the mom have to sign in order to get a medical done or can we just take the baby and get the medical done and she wont know or is there a list of items that need to be brought to the appt. We found out last week the baby is his for sure via DNA so now i am gearing up my mind for a lot of resistance from the mom for the few part that involves the baby i just want to have all my ducks in a row so on my next trip to jamaica i can get married and we start the process once every little details have been taken care of

Kedeisha: As far as I know, the medical does not need to be signed by the mother so you will not have any trouble with that part. I believe at the medical appointment you will need to have the passport pictures as well as her birth certificate, so hopefully that won't present a problem. It sounds like the only place you will probably run into trouble is when it comes to a custody agreement or a notorized letter from the mother.

Morning Everyone. This morning did not start off as well as I expected...Can you believe my tire was blown out by a manhole on Steeles Ave. here in Toronto. I cant believe that the City had such a hole in its road and did not have anything blocking off the area and of course it had to be my vehicle which had to pay the price this morning at 7:30am on my way to work. I was livid!!! I called 911, 311 everyone.!!!Lol....The ppolice came and they too were upset because this was the 2nd call about this manhoile this month and the city has not fixed it. So you know I will be billing the City for all the damages I incurred this morning...UUGHHH!!!
