Hi everyone!
For the last few days I've been searching on this forum and on the CIC website and they were both unbelievably helpful but I'm in desperate need of help to wrap my head around all of this.
It's a lot of information and I just want to make this process go as fast as possible without spending money on unnecessary procedures.

I did an EE simulation and we got CRS 440 for both me and my wife (we estimated an ielts exam result as we don't have one yet and she teaches english).
From what I understood so far we needed to be at least 450+ to get picked on the monthly rounds and that's just not enough. Another option would be to get a job offer which I believe it's very hard to come by specially when you don't know anyone in Canada. So I'm assuming we need to get an OINP, the city we want to immigrate to.
Now is when it all becomes fuzzy so I'll just do a bullet point to be easier:

1 - As I need to get all my ECA documents from WES to make sure I'm selecting the correct education do I need to wait for the results to come back or can I just go ahead and create my EE profile with the information that I believe is correct and then edit later?

2 - I know you probably get this question a lot but knowing the following numbers do you think there's a high chance to be sucessfully nominated?
Applicant:
NOC 4021
Experience 1+
Education - 3-year College degree + CELTA certificate (if it gets approved by WES)
Age 27
CLB 10 most likely
Spouse:
Education - Either secondary education or an institute certificate (if it gets approved by WES)
CLB 7 or 8

3 - My wife will be the applicant and she has a 3 year college degree in Portugal plus a CELTA certificate. I only have some college courses done so I can only add my secondary education along with a certificate from an institute. My question is do I need to pay WES $200 for each of the documents that I send per person, or is the price for all the documentation combined for both of us?

4 - I also noticed that we need a medical exam so I contacted a physician from the authorized list and they told me about an "UPFRONT MEDICAL EXAM" should I also do it right now or just do it after I get nominated?

Sorry if this has been answered before but it's just too much information.
Thank you very much in advance,
Pedro

#1, in the education/study section of EE profile, you will need to enter the ECA reference number - which is mentioned on WES report card. Hence I suggest creating a profile after you have the WES report in hand.

#2, is your CRS at 440? I would think the scores will go down to hit this score in 2016. I won't suggest waiting for it to drop, though. Try maximizing your CRS by improving the IELTS scores (listening score carries a lot of weight - so do well on that), education, work ex, etc. You should also try the PNP route, where the CRS cutoff is typically lower than the current ITA cutoff. E.g. Ontario, Sasketchewan, Nova Scotia, and Quebec seem to have PNP programs for candidates applying from outside Canada.

#3, don't know. You can contect WES about this, too.

#4, Just do it when you get nominated.

A suggestion - start the process to get Police clearance certificates. In some countries (like the PCC from FBI in USA), they can take upto 4 months to arrive.

ECA is must as EE profile asks about ECA no.

CLB 7 or 8

Bachelors and 400+ are the requirement for ontario pnp

3 - My wife will be the applicant and she has a 3 year college degree in Portugal plus a CELTA certificate. $ 200 per person

after you get nominated as medicals are valid for 1 year only

Sorry if this has been answered before but it's just too much information.
Thank you very much in advance,
Pedro

Thank you all for your replies!
I tried to contact WES, I'm just waiting for their reply.
Another question came up regarding the process which is, my wife is a teacher and the problem is that as a teacher there's usually no such thing as a 30 hour weekly job although they are full time. Usually for teachers it's around 20-26 hours weekly of contact hours that translates to about 40 hours weekly for class preparation, test corrections, etc. but usually only the contact hours appear on the pay slips. My question here is, will it be enough for the CIC to get a letter from the school explaining that the time she spent at the school was always full time, despite on the payslips saying less hours? Or is there no chance she can get the 1+year of experience?
Thanks!

Will a letter from the school saying that she worked full-time work (not saying the number of hours per week)? Also, does bank statements suffice as a complementary proof? Thanks!
