New visa stamps after TRV application

Hi,
I have an ongoing application for TRV for tourism and since the submission, I got two visitor visas for the UK and Australia. Should I submit a webform and update my travel history? Does it increase my chance of obtaining the TRV?

I'm a non-EU citizen based in Sweden.
