I have got the Temporary Resident Visa,
I would like to buy apartment
Could I buy one using the mortgage ???

Please I need urgent feedback in that regards

You should contact a Canadian bank with your question. However I doubt any Canadian bank will be willing to give you a mortgage if you are only in Canada on a TRV.

you shall get a mortgage on trv but the rates are too high. you wouldnt want to be doing it id suggest.
