Filed transferred to Singapore: July 2013, emailed received

I did not become a PR thru marrying a Canadian. I married and sponsored for the first time. My file is supposed to be clean. I just wonder how long the Singapore office will take to process my wife's residency. It's showing now about 28 months, which is way too long

Just to get the idea, from someone who recently (about a year) applied for spouse's residency, I would like to know how long normally the Singapore office takes and when my online status will change to "In Process".
