Yes the mail together with photos of wedding/honeymoon was sent to my Canadian address. It took about 16 days to arrive. As for Schedule A, can she use the same information given in the original application? All we need is information to date from the day of application (June 2013).

Ecase status takes time to update. Afetr I became a PR, it took 3 weeks to change from In Process to Decision Made. Hope this helps you understand. May we know when your application was filed or transferred to Singapore visa office in 2013?
