Just wanted to let you know. I had a ghost update in April 12th then April 29th got message in gc key for me to pay RPRF. I did pay it right that minute and sent it in by webform. Got another ghost update last night. Hoping it is something good.

It because Shanghai is just doing the administrative/clerical stuff. But communication and decision made will come from LVO.
