Mine was in Beijing for the same. Eligibility. But then moved to another office however KVO still did the Preliminary assessment on it once moved. Physical file in Beijing. Primary office in Kingston Jamaica. Only way to know is to order more notes.

I got Prearrival too on the 13th of May
Then it started showing we started processing your application on the 12th of May. That means it just arrived back in Accra. But nothing since then
