Hi everyone!!! can anyone help me . I have already receive my PP w/ visa. the problem is I dont want to stay in canada as of this moment because I want to finish my studies here in the Phils. My plan is to go to Canada for 2 weeks or less and go home here in the Phils. Is it feasible? Can anyone help me? I am dependent to my Father who is the main applicant.

Yes, you can go to Canada and 'land' so your visa does not expire, then return to the Phillipines to finish your studies. Do keep in mind that you must must must complete your 730 days living in canada within the first 5 years or you will have a very difficult time renewing your PR status. Otherwise, it won't be a problem for you to land and go, lots of folks do it.nalasnaville said:

They will issue one, yes, but usually they send it to a Canadian address. I suggest if you have family in Canada, have it mailed there and then sent on to you. CIC will NOT send your PR card outside of Canada.nalasnaville said:
