do you know how long it takes for the card to arrive approximately?

Yep im in the same boat. Got it from staples and getting both resolution and brightness errors. This is the dumbest thing I've seen since the photographers take the images to spec to begin withHow did you get over the brightness issue, happened to take picture in three different place....still getting the same error

Ok thanks. Yeah i upsacled it to 3000*4200 and the resolution issue is not popping up anymore. But for brightness, I tried lowering and increasing it in photoshop. Either way its still giving me a warning for thatCheck this thread after page 933

For the brightness issue: pic brightness can be corrected using a tool similar to GIMP. Before the crop tool, the pic that was submitted was uploaded without any issues. But, i guess this crop tool is a recent addition and this validate the pic for brightness and pixel size.
People you have uploaded the pics earlier this month didn't see the crop tool and therefore didn't face any issues.
No, mine was issued in Ottawa. OSC-OPERATIO. The pr card application is being processed in CalgaryDid you received your copr from Calgary office?
Increase the brightness, and make 3-4 copies using different levels and then try, it will take one.Ok thanks. Yeah i upsacled it to 3000*4200 and the resolution issue is not popping up anymore. ECORP is not valid for travel, you can either try applying for special visa, or wait for the card.So I got my ECOPR but my photograph and address is still in review. Couple questions, any help would be great!
1. Can I sign the ECOPR and travel with it? Im planning to travel to the U.S. (I have a U.S. visa).
2. How long is it from ECOPR to getting the PR card? Does it happen after the photo and address is approved? Or does it happen after ECOPR? Confused....
